Employment & Skills Board

Closing the gap between skills supply and demand

Our Employment and Skills Board gives strategic leadership and direction on the skills programme of the Economic Plan.

It brings together key stakeholders working in skills and employment in the North East.

The Board includes representatives from our Board, the North East Combined Authority, universities, colleges and local business representatives – see here for a full list of members.

If you’d like to know more about the board, or our skills programme, please contact Michelle Rainbow at the North East LEP: [email protected]
