In addition to our main Board and Investment Board, we have three advisory boards whose members are responsible for driving delivery of the Strategic Economic Plan. We also have the Technical Officers Group. Members of this group assess new project funding applications, make recommendations on project applications to the board and Investment Board and thereafter monitor the performance of all projects approved by the board.
With the aim of driving new thinking around business support services, products and processes for growth and acceleration, the Business Growth Board brings together ambitious business representatives with members of the North East Local Enterprise Partnership Board and representatives from the area’s universities and colleges.
