Office and Hotel development at Stephenson Quarter.

Stephenson Quarter has been identified as a priority area for mixed use development and job creation by Newcastle City Council. The first phase of development involved bringing forward office space, a hotel and related car parking facilities. Support for this project allowed the successful delivery of all three elements of the first phase, providing confidence for co-investors to come forward, and accelerating development. Since the original development the Crowne Plaza Hotel has gone from strength to strength, while ‘The Rocket’ Office accomodation was let to Convergys soon after completion.
